At summersfriiday.us, we want you to love your skin and the products you use. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team in Gilford, New Hampshire is here to assist with a fair and transparent return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

Unopened & Sealed: For hygiene and safety reasons, products such as Goccia di Sole Serums and Color Additive Drops must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

Condition: Items must be in the same "MINT" condition that you received them.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened Beauty Products: Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for bottles with broken seals or products that have been used.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items marked as "Sale" or purchased with a clearance code are final sale.
3. Damaged or Defective Goods
Did your Dolce Glow duo arrive with a leak or a broken dropper? We’ve got you covered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact privacy@summersfriiday.us within 48 hours with a clear photo of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our New Hampshire studio, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Credit: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
